Delivery & returns


We value your order and aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours unless advised otherwise (with the exception of bespoke goods). Polish orders are typically delivered within 2 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-16 business days depending upon the destination and customs processing.

When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

We’ve worked really hard to provide clear descriptions of our products and simple sizing guidelines for our products (see Size guidance). However, should you wish to exchange your goods you may do so within 14 days of receipt.
As long as the item is in “as new” condition, Hello Fellow will accept it and replace your purchase with a product of your choice, refunding any difference in price.
Please contact us before so we can help you through the process. Exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and all sales are final. Please be mindful of this when selecting your product.

We pride ourselves on high quality products and happy customers. However, If you believe your goods are faulty please contact us at hello@hellofellow.plUpon receipt of the ordered goods, please check the state and content of delivered shipping. In case of any damage or irregularities, please contact our shop. Complaints resulting from the problems mentioned above shall be recognized only if a complaint protocol has been drawn up in the presence of the person delivering the shipment.

You will be responsible for the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.

Email us within 48 hours and we’ll issue you a return authorisation number. Then put return authorisation number on the package. We’ll receive your package and review your claim. If everything’s fine, the refund is issued = happy customer 🙂
